Experimental testing is the most effective safety guarantee

All of Xiangrui's theoretical knowledge on anchor bolt design is based on anchor bolt experimental testing. Xiangrui always adheres to the principle of safety first. In the design and development of anchor bolts, each parameter of the anchor bolt is determined through repeated tests. During the production process, each anchor bolt will be subjected to regular monthly performance tests to ensure that every anchor bolt product delivered to customers is a safe and reliable qualified product.

Since 2010, Xiangrui has continuously increased the facilities of the anchor bolt testing laboratory. In 2018, Xiangrui completed the construction of the "JG160-2017 Mechanical Anchor Bolts for Concrete" standard anchor bolt testing laboratory, which can test every safety data of the anchor bolt according to the specification requirements. During this period, a number of N-type and Class I anchor bolt products were successfully tested and certified. ETA-related tests were carried out and ETA product certification was obtained in Europe.

In order to better serve customers and provide customers with safer and more reliable anchor bolt products, Xiangrui will continue to improve its experimental testing capabilities.
